Revd Kate Tuckett, Vicar

   Kate was licensed as our vicar in September 2021. She has recently moved from London, where she was a       vicar in Harrow, and before that served a curacy in Merton. She previously worked in church communications  at Christian Aid and The Children's Society, and as a book editor. Kate is married to Russell and they have a young daughter. When she's not working she enjoys singing, gardening, cooking and keeping fit.

Revd Shei Crowther, Associate Priest
Shei was born and educated in the Forest of Dean. She trained at Homerton College, Cambridge, before moving to Oxford to teach performing arts and religious studies. During this time she brought up her family – a son and two daughters. Having received God’s call to ministry, Shei studied theology at Ripon College, Cuddesdon before serving her curacy in the Osney benefice West Oxford. She continues her connection with the Theological College, currently working as chaplain supporting both students and the College community. Rev Dr William Whyte, Associate Minister
A Suffolkman, William came to Oxford as a student and never left. He’s now a fellow of St John’s and full-time professor of social and architectural history. From his ordination in 2006, William combined a full time day job with work as a priest in Kidlington. He has two sons, Nahum and Jacob, with wife and historian Zoe Waxman. Rev Viv Bridges, Retired Associate Priest
Viv is a long-term member of St Peter’s and served for a time as Church Warden. She was accepted for training for the Priesthood in 2002. Since her ordination as Deacon in September 2005 and subsequently as Priest, she has worked as part-time curate. Although technically retired, Viv continues to be an active member of the Ministry team. Tel: 01865 558705

Rev Joanna Coney, Retired Associate Priest
After completing her Curacy at St Peter’s in 1997, Jo became a member of the Oxford Diocesan Training Team. In 2004 Jo officially “retired” – and then became Diocesan LLM Adviser (Warden of Readers). Dr Tony Lemon, Licensed Lay Minister
Tony has worshipped at St Peter's since 1979. As a Licensed Lay Minister, Tony is authorised to preach, lead certain services and share in the pastoral care of the congregation at St Peter’s. Previously he spent ten years as a Methodist Local Preacher. Tony is an Emeritus Research Fellow in the Oxford University School of Geography and Environment and an Emeritus Fellow of Mansfield College. He specialises in the social and political geography of South and southern Africa. Tel 01993 812337
